📦 ENTRYEDGELAB SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed through EntryEdgeLab.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days . Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in the United States . Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package and are displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options to customers in the United States :

* Shipping costs are determined by the package weight and will be displayed before you complete your order .

Please note:

We currently ship to all US states except Alaska and Hawaii .
Shipments to US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) cannot be delivered .
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number . You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at Entryedgelab@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.

Note: If an item arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage, as this will help us process your claim with the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As a UK-based business, we ship your order from our US fulfillment center. This means no additional customs duties or import taxes should be charged to you, as your order originates and is delivered within the United States .
